1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mission21 Finance (the “Service”), operated via mission21.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is a web-based application that helps churches record and report contributions, expenses, budgets, and related financial information. It optionally connects to your QuickBooks Online account to display your accounting data in read-only form.

3. Accounts & Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for authorizing only appropriate users within your church.
  • You agree to use the Service only for lawful church-administration purposes.

4. QuickBooks Connection

  • Connecting QuickBooks is optional and initiated by you through Intuit’s authorization flow.
  • The Service accesses your QuickBooks data on a read-only basis and does not modify it.
  • You may disconnect at any time, which revokes the Service’s access.
  • Your use of QuickBooks Online remains governed by your agreement with Intuit.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data, including QuickBooks data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and the Service is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
